Stop Excessive Sweating Today With 3 Super Easy Tips That Will Turn Off the Drips
I’m going to reveal to you my 3 super easy tips that I used which finally started to help me combat my excessive sweating problem. Now, before I reveal my super easy tips that will help to stop your excessive sweating, let me just say that my tips are nothing new and you will already know them but I bet my bottom dollar that you aren’t doing them. May I ask why?
Here’s super easy tip 1
Get More Exercise – Some of you are now on the defensive. He said super easy. Exercise super easy? How many of you are thinking that? Come on be honest here. Any form of physical activity that raises your heart rate from it’s natural level can be classed as exercise. So for those of you who were thinking I was about to tell them to hit the gym or go and run a marathon, you can relax. Actually no, don’t relax too much. Get up and go for a walk but make it a brisk walk so that you can feel you are putting a little effort in. Can you feel your heat racing a bit more? That’s good. Take the stairs instead of the lift. If you’re popping to the shop, leave the car and walk, use your bicycle even. Doing this will all add up to you doing more physical activity which will make you naturally fitter and healthier which will make your body more efficient and sweat less. Phew, I can catch my breath now.
And now for super easy tip 2
Drink water, then drink some more water – Let me set the record straight for some of you because I know that there will be some people reading this thinking why the hell would I want to put more water in me when I’m already sweating loads out of me. The answer is simple. Your body’s temperature needs to remain constant and cool. When your body’s water levels are low, it’s core temperature will rise and the end result is your body will start sweating to cool itself down. So I guess the moral of the story here is, keep sipping to stop you from dripping.
Last but not least, super easy tip 3
Actually, tip 3 contains 2 tips, so maybe this article should be titled 4 super easy tips. Anyhow, the reason I have combined them as 1 tip is because this tip involves a vitamin and a mineral. Vitamin B is a must for your body to function properly. Similar to water, if your body is too low on Vitamin B levels then you core body temperature will rise and you will overheat. Increase your intake of Vitamin B to to reduce the risk of this happening and reduce the chances of your body sweating excessively.
One of the very best ways to stop excessive sweating is to raise your body’s magnesium levels. When your body sweats, it’s not only cooling your “system” but it is also getting rid of poison and toxins that develop inside you. Magnesium also does the same purpose, however, if your magnesium levels are too low then the body must work harder to rid the poisons and toxins and the end result is more sweat. So try to increase your intake of magnesium with your diet and you will see results. Science lesson over.
